Shiro Bon - Bomberman
Thinder Bomber - One above bomberman
Grand bomber? - One to the left of Bomberman
Mermaid Bomber - Lower left of Bomberman.

No idea about the others.

Or it could've just been for the reason that this game let you customize your bomber-twars for online play... a little sillyness is nice.

I'm not completely sure, but I think Grand Bomber (the yellow one) was really called Ground Bomber in that game (as based on excavation machines)
The red football players were the Fire (Flame?) Brothers, while the big guy on the right belongs to the Wind Giants (although he seems to be the only giant one... and with four hands too)
