Its not just the simple matter of finding something, for something to be found something must be created is how it goes. And it has not been successfully created, there for the alternate method of installing a japanese operating system and using that came about. There is no other way, if you don't like that fact then don't play.. Or go play the korean one if it is still possible.

You could Partition your drive and have Japanese Windows as a secondary operating system. Not going to go into details on how to do it.
