I need a good NES emulator and my friend wasn't able to help me out the other day. Basically I need an emulator that records video and sound and in a file format that can be used for something else other than simply viewing it as a "movie" again when you run that emulator.

I'm hoping somebody can help me out because I've already tried about 5 and none were right.
