I assume they'll keep the hudson name, kindof like sonic team has the sonic team name, even though their part of sega. Being that the dev team will probably stay in tact all this really means is that the games will have better funding, and theyll be able to hire more programers.
Plus the hudson name is a very famous name everywhere, removing the hudson name would be somewhat counterproductive. "it has made Hudson Soft a full auxiliary division of its company. "

If they want to force something they can, cause with that much of the share market, they could sell and bankrupt the already struggling company. |
