Hey there BakuBonba! I played the N-Gage game again and tried for those stages like you asked. The first boss was a lot harder than I thought. It's really difficult to get him to walk in front of his own bombs.

So instead I switched to the second boss and unlocked the stage through him. The game does play a special sound when you accomplish these tasks so that's good to know.

I want to say the other stages are accessed through certain boss conditions but I can only guess what they are. Anyway, here's a video of the world 2 secret stage. It's kinda strange and I'm not really sure what it does.
