| Some copywrite holders are pretty damn cool overall. Sonic Retro, for example, is a Sonic rom hacking site yet SEGA is in really good standings with that site. I do not know Konami's history with fan projects so it's hard to know how they would react to something like this. I wouldn't worry about it until they contact you though. As long as you're not trying to make money off of it, they're not going to throw you in court or anything like that. |
