Woah, Dragon, you have a lot of manuals... Anyway this is a great help; previously I was able to get to about the third panel, but now that I can actually see what I'm reading...

常に霧に囲まれた島
[のいのい島]
そこに眠る [黄金の
ボンバ-マン像] を
求めて幾多の
冒険家達が旅立ち
そしてこ度と帰って
くることはなかった...
In the island always shrouded in mist, "Noi Noi Island", there sleeps the "Golden Bomberman Statue". Many adventurers have set off in search of it, but none have ever returned...

「島に眠る3つの
メダルを手に
入れたものこそ
黄金のボンバ-マン像を
得るにふさわしい」か...
"Those who obtain the 3 Medals of Power on the island will gain access to the Golden Bomberman Statue"?...

いくぞ!! のいのい島へ
Let's go! Noi Noi Island!

[Panel 4]
くっくっくっ
「呪の島」と
恐れられて数十年
久しぶりの客だ。
Ku ku ku
After so many decades we have another guest on the feared "Cursed Island".
*"Ku ku ku" is a throaty chuckle"

[Panel 5]
決して生きては
帰さないぞ
ボンバ-マン!
You will never survive, you cannot escape, Bomberman!

ハハハハハ
Ha ha ha ha ha

[Panel 7]
「黄金の
ボンバ-マン像」
必す手に
入れてみせるぞ!
