I guess Panic Bomber World may be postponed to after SBMan 3 (making the latter an interquel, essentially).
| Also, I think that perhaps the character on Hayate Bomber's forehead may be this:
炎 - Fire/Blaze |
I was told that it meant fast hand, signifying his being a thief.
