We found that we're not the only people having this problem on this webhost so we're looking in to it, ive emailed some guy how has fixed the problem on his forum and i also emailed support so we'll see if i recive any responces

I got an email today from support:

So if this is true you should not see this error as much any more but please post here if you see it.
