I recieved word that Bman DS will be released on June 15 2005. I am not sure this is true...

TOKYO--According to retail sources, Konami will release Bomberman for the Nintendo DS on May 26 in Japan. The game will be priced at 5,040 yen ($48).
Bomberman for the DS will feature 10 areas that contain a total of 100 stages. Each area comes with a powerful boss for you to challenge. Gamers can control items they obtain by using the touch screen.

With the DS's Wi-Fi connection and game-sharing capabilities, up to eight players can enjoy versus mode on Bomberman with just one cartridge. The versus mode features three game modes: the normal mode, where the objective is to beat opponents by bombing them; crown mode, where the first person to pick up the crown wins; and panel mode, where gamers bomb tiles in the floor to flip them to match their team's color.

Bomberman for the DS is rated "E" for Everyone.

I read it at www.nintendo.com that it would be released in America in June. I'll drop them an email...

this is already posted most likely but what I know about the game is, it'll be for NDS(dur   ) it can play up to eight players with one game card(I think but that is how they USUALLY do it) the screens will represent the whole level instead of having the sides scroll which seems awesome, there i s a regular mode and a multiplayer mode, and I think a battle mode, and some mini games, I hear it is released for june but that barely helps any of us. And the cover has two people on it is any of them bomerman? They don't look like it, unless he has had another "facelift"

I found a video of the japanese Bomberman DS.. Link.
It looks ok but I would of liked it in 3D.. And considering I don't know anyone with a DS, I probably won't be getting this game. Also the fact that I'm bored of bomberman. Once they have good flash cards for the DS maybe I'll try it then.
Though about the multiplayer thing, it says Here that it will be online but still if I want to play bman online I could play.. Bman online which I got bored of a long time ago.

Edit: I found some vids on ign but they have no sound unlike the one I posted.. o and I just saw on ign that bomberman got delayed intill october....Link. Well all I have to say is if you want it then import it from ebay or lik-sang or somewhere.

Sounds like you won't now.. Ign confirmed that it was a typo since ubisoft changed it back.
