The song is called "Guanbare", an 80's jpop song performed by Noriko Sakai who's best known for her theme song to Gunbuster called"Active Heart"

Anyways, mimiru, subaru, amy rose, sakara, her friend/rival (whats her name), and that girl in bman jetterz were the only characters i had regonized in that video.
