How can I beat the "Machine" on the end of the first "Space ship level"?

Ok get the red bombs and make sure you have good fire power now when you get on the plat form go as close to the edg as you can lets sayd this is the platform

B= Bomberman

Now just kick your red bombs toward the machiene don't worry about the energy balls that it shoots out because they won't reach you (although they look like they will) now just keep kicking and after a few hits it will go down

BTW after this you have another machiene to fight on the next stage
