The only ones I can think of are pretty bomber, and Lilith. Im sure there are other female evil bombers. I know there are a few in the N64 games. Haven't played them in ages.

never heard of lillith before but thats cuz i havent played the N64 games, apart from that, Pretty Bomber and Lady Bomber are the direct female charicters with plenty more haveing been created in Jetterz, there may also be one in Neo Bomberman but i know sod all abou that game outher than it has a cat in it :P

oh yea, and Beauty Bomber, who was the hardest boss in Genaration in my opinyon, Bomber Elite was easy and a dreadful incarnation of Ghost Bomber, dammit, i miss the snes days
