It definately looks scary at first but it sounds like it might just work out.
According to the article you may be able to turn it sideways and use it like a nes controller. Thats so cool! It has attachable analog sticks too. So if the revolution can play old school games you can play them with a controller setup just like its original system. That gives it potential to play NES and N64 games.
One thing I'd like to note that I'm not happy about. Battery powered? E www..... |

Like for example they didn't have the rumble in the wireless one yet because they are still working on the thing. |

It's rechargable, so there's no need to worry about it so much.
Heh, You all are griping about it and you haven't even touched it yet. Lots of people bashed the GC controllers before it came out and it turned out okay. Give the new controller some time and play it yourself BEFORE you start complaining.
And there's also going to be shells that will resemble the older consel controllers too.
And the DS is not as bad as you make it seem Hammer. After all, no one can say no to free online gaming. =O |

Well, the only thing I don't like is the batteries... I hate recharging, lol!
But the rest of it seems pretty good! Though, the button in the back should be the classic, "Z" button, *shot*
Ow...
Anyway, the only REAL way to find out whether it's a good thing, or a gimmick, is by actually buying, and using the darn thing. :P |

... Being serious though if you forget to charge it it would suck, you should be able to buy backup batterys though. |

Good lord that better not be the only controler they use, that looks like a royal fricken pain, especially for oldschool games. I don't hate the idea exactly, it could work for alot of games, but if they don't allow me to get classic pads, or just pads, i wont want a revolution. |
Rotate the controller to a 90 degree [horizontally]. Presto, NES controller. |
