Four Bomber Kings: Bazooka Bomber
Criminal Bombers (from Super Bomberman 5): Dave and Gary Bomber (condensing both of them into a single character)
Masked Trio: Regulus
Four Devils of Garaden: Endol
Four Commanders: Chaos Bomber
Astral Knights: Molok
Four Heavenly Kings (the villain group from the Land games): Dark Rose
BOMB-A-LYMPICS opponents: Aladdin Bomber
Crush Bombers: Assault Bomber
Jetters Shitennou: Thunder Bomber
SBR Dastardly Bombers: Magnet Bomber

Nice. Also, your reply reminded me that I completely forgot about the Dark Force Bombers from World, but Earth Bomber is my favorite one too. I haven't played Custom Battler Bomberman yet though, so I can't voice my opinion on the 3 viruses.
