So, I’ve been playing Power Bomberman for a while now, and out of boredom, I inputted the Konami Code at the title screen, and I heard a chime. I’ve been wondering what this unlocked. Any answers?

Very sorry for this nearly-a-year-late reply, but inputting the Konami Code unlocks a new alternate costume for '83 Bomberman, based on the Sharp MZ-700 version of the game.
