We're a team of two coders and 1 graphics artist. We made a remake that can be played online.

This looks super impressive, I'll certainly give it a test or two.

Also, quite neat that it's a project stemming from the demo-scene.

I'd prefer an option for a static camera, just because I would. (Camera shake on explosion is fine, the camera just shouldn't move in regards to the players movement. I need to be able to track every player, and while dealing with the camera moving doesn't make it that much harder, it doesn't add anything to the experience for me either.)

Game feel and movement is quite good, my largest complaint gameplay wise would be that with alot of players and a lack of powerup re-spawn on death there is a pretty severe lack of powerups for my personal taste. It gets pretty hard to kill things when it's only a few people left and none of the remaining players really have gotten much for powerups.

I still have yet to try it online.

I also noticed a gameplay inconsistency to most bomberman games, while a bomb is being kicked, it should still be susceptible to chain explosions. If I kick a bomb, and it hasn't stopped moving here, it will continue through other bomb explosions, seemingly no matter how tightly I time the kick.

Hey fireball,

That issue is already fixed and will be made available in version 1.0.1 this Saturday.
Also your request regarding the camera has already been taken care of. You'll be able to disable camera movement by modifying the configuration.

Hi again,

There's a new version available to download (http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=62926).

Here's a list of things we changed in the latest release:
- Support for optional OpenGL extentions has been added.
- A button has been added to the lounge to add local players without hotkey.
- Bombs are now initiated when they're kicked into another detonation.
- If a player joins a running game he/she is told the maximum game duration.
- All keys are released when the window focus is lost.
- Space level performance improved for slow hardware.
- Screensaver and screen dimming is disabled while the game is running.
- An initial check if render-to-texture is functional has been added.
- A skull face is now active half a second before it points perfectly upwards.
- The setting 'development/camerafollowsplayer' in game.ini is functional again.
- The space lensflare now shifts with the camera x translation.
- The animation of the invincible effect is now resolution independent.
- Pouet, facebook and web buttons have been added to the main menu.
- The server dynablaster.titan-sucks.net has been added to the history.dr file.
- Added support for SuperJoyBox9 (connects XBox1 pads to PC)
- Added support for PS3/XBox360 Adapter (connects PS1/2/3, Xbox360 pads to PC)

Fireball, your request for 'respawning extras' will be implemented in version 1.0.2, I guess. Anything else you asked for is now included.

hi :)
thank you for creating this great game ..but it needs some fix :

1- game control is slow ..make it smooth + fast
2- very very low speed up items
3- make more maps
4- server is very lagy but its playable so thank you for making it public :)
5- make maps big size ..they are small size !!!
6- make map in military base ,jungle , dark night, graveyard....snow...etc
7- add the "F4" "F2" in game up in the corner so players know their information
8- add feature to add friends and invite them to room
9- add emotions and taunts
10- add skins
11- add ability to mute / ignore / kick / report /block / search for player
12- add rank system
13- add reward system
14- add some cool stuf ..like smoke bomb..stun bomb ..big bomb
15- i created a room but no one is joining ...maybe players dont know how to add the " dynablaster.titan-sucks.net" in the ip address ?

16- add server browser feature so that other players know that there are players available
17- i always get stuck in the edge of the brick ..then i die...when i want to turn right i get stuck in the edge of the brick ...then i die ...i died 4 times because this error...fix it :)
18- can you release the next update fast ...like today ?

that's it for now :)
