How does everybody like Bomberman Battlefest so far? Right now, after about 20 hours of play, I think it's the best I've seen of Bomberman in a long while, and I'm really enjoying it.

I really like some of the new game modes, particularly bankroll and CTF. They add a new concept to the gameplay, and they are quite a bit of fun.

Just played the game on XBOX Live a couple of days ago and enjoying some good ol' Bomberman action! It's one of the reasons why I came back here!

I think Battlefest is a great game.

However, I am hoping a patch gets released that will whittle down some of the nasty lag the game can have at times. I mean, bombs blow up way after they should have, then you get caught in some invisible blaset...or even get killed when you are in a "safe" area (i.e..around the corner).
And sometimes because of the lag, you can't punch or kick bombs when you should be able to.

Otherwise, i like the arenas and modes.

Would anyone on the boards like to play this with me sometime?

It used to be a WiiWare title but it was cancelled.
