This game is pretty decent (considering the clones I've reviewed before were just plain crappy).

Graphics:
The GPX are based on The Super Bomberman series in USA (1 and 2).So You can expect some funky looking Bman.

Sounds:
The sound FX sounds kinda strange and lame[bomb blasts sound like a dozen popping balloons or something]

Music:
The Music is pretty good.Some of them have been ripped from other titles.There's one that's been ripped from SB5 that i really like .[it's level 5]
Not to mention being able to load Midis and Mods from your PC to play.

Pros:
- 17 generic powerups
- Up to 4 local Players in skirmish game (2 on keyboard, 1 on mouse, and 1 on joystick)
- Tons of game options
- Team Play Modes
- 6 Game modes (Last One standing, Frag Fest, Capture the Flag, Kill the King, Kill the
Carrier, Easter Egg Hunt)
- Easy to use Map Editor/Tile set Editor & Customizable Player Skins
- Computer Opponents

Cons:
- Dumb computer players. Trust me you'll see...
- Can't minimize game without crashing.
- Sometimes unable to drop bombs or even move.
- The backgrounds are disgustingly terrible.
- Bomb blasts aren't connected (gap in explosions) .
- Music tends to be too loud.
- Loads far too slowly.


Overall:
Better than the other titles I've reviewed I guess. . .

I remember this. You can edit the Bomberman sprites to make your own skins, and design levels and stuff. You can also replace the sounds, but I only did that to remove the annoying kid laughter thing when you win a battle.

It's designed very well, but the AI is just plain BAD. If you manage to die in some way, shape, or form, you might as well close the game because the AI opponents will probably stand a few tiles away from each other staring in random directions for the duration of the match. If you're lucky, they'll realize how dumb they are and kill themselves.

What I'd like to see is a game with such amazing AI like fury94's Bombermaaan with the customization abilities of this one, and add in some of the powerups from this that Bombermaaan doesn't have. That would be a truly great Bomberman clone.
