Regulus 777: Yes, I do still have the clip. I'll upload it onto MegaUpload in a bit.
Ninja Bomber: I do my sketches on the backs of old printouts. I used to use a sketchbook, but just doodling on old printouts is easier, and it reuses paper that would otherwise be thrown away. ^_^
I don't know exactly where this clip is from...the person I got it from says she thinks it's from some sort of miscellaneous audio CD for some anime, but she's not really sure. So there's random chat and stuff for a little bit at the start, and it's not the whole song anyway.
More quick stuff I doodled because I wanted to draw but didn't feel like doing a full-fledged picture (mostly because I had a semi-big-ass Golden Sun picture I was in the middle of finishing).
The Bombergirl is my original RP character, Tokiko.
Yes, I agree. The tea kettle Bomberman was pretty sweet, as was the Pommy cup. That would be one hell of a way to get children here in the US interested in tea. ;)
I have always wanted to craft myself a Bomberman cookie jar, similar but not exactly like the one I put in a drawing for a poem several years ago.
okay, I needed to check up all the pictures of yours again because I was inactive a loooooong time.
I must say that all of your pictures are just amazing. Making Bomberman characters into humans needs a BIG imagination for finding the right clothings and appearances so they match with the original characters. I'm very very surprised about your imagination and your jokes you put into small comics.
You have a great talent and I really like all of your stuff you uploaded so far here and on your DeviantArt Account.
It is always amazing to see how different pictures can be after years passed away.
I really hope that you will keep up your wonderful work and upload them here and on DeviantArt~
I did some Bomberandom sketches while sitting in Artist Alley at Anime Central this year.
This was initially inspired by the fact that I forgot the vinyl banner for our table that I'd ordered. -___-;; At least I didn't forget the merchandise, like Bomberman appears to have done.
Zhael's grumbling in the top right corner is a common complaint of myself and my ACEN pals every year we attend the convention. We've been going since 2005 and we still manage to get lost every year, somehow.
Also, don't ask about the cosplay stuff. Gothic!lolita!Lilith is kind of a given, but the others are just pretty much cracktastic.
This is actually, for the most part, what our hotel room looked like, although the real hotel room was a lot smaller and more cramped than I drew it here (I did it from memory on Saturday). The sink that Pommy is sitting in is the actual sink from our bathroom. I was really startled when I saw it, 'cause the bathroom at the Crowne Plaza (the entire room, actually) was way different from when we stayed at the hotel last year. I was all like, omg, the sink is all like round and stuff and it's ~*~blooming~*~ from the countertop!
Not quite as heavily ACEN-themed as the other sketches, but it's there. The two birds are the two different forms of Moondrop from MKE. I haven't fully pinned down the design for her "real" form (the larger one) yet, and as you can tell my knowledge of bird anatomy is FAIL. The angel-like person thingy is my original character/mascot Shiroko, whose visage was plastered on my business cards and my bookmarks for ACEN this year.
Also, I managed to score a lacquered Bomberman pin and spotted a Bomberman cosplayer! And I found another person who was a huge fan of TSA! And I discovered another huge Bomberman fan in Artist Alley (she does "pixellated" artwork out of beads fused together - if you google "Pixel Portrayal" you'll get her main website)! It was a good ACEN for a Bomberfan. XD
A quick painting I did from scratch in Photoshop partially to celebrate finishing up one of my final projects (instead of studying for another final tomorrow) and partially to see how much my painting skills have dropped over the past few months. Not as much as I'd feared, but more than I would've liked. I know there's like a million things wrong with this picture but whatever.
