1) That is an absurdly cute Mario.
2) Yoshi would be an interesting mount in a Bomberman game... eat your enemies, expel them as eggs behind you, and they have to mash their way out.

That mount sounds absurdly overpowered, even by bomberman standards. Egg followed by 2 bomb trap would be pretty much instant death. I guess if the egg time was tiny, or the egg shielded you from an explosion. |

| Just have it work like Super Mario World. Yoshi can eat enemies and bombs but doesn't produce eggs. Maybe he'd be able to carry other players in his mouth and spit them out, like a long-ranged Power Glove. |
Bomberman Party Edition has a mount just like that I think. I can't remember if it carries players too but I'm sure it carries bombs. |
