u can also use windowblinds from http://www.stardock.com (hopefully this is not advertising XD) it also allows u to customize your desktop.and very simple to use.

You could use windows blinds, but it uses even more memory then the rest of thems, im still a grave and great fan of just ths integrated windows theming system, no compatability issues.
