Are we talking in Photoshop? If you're in Photoshop, you're better off using the shape tool, which should be right next to the pen tool in the Photoshop toolbox. Click and hold on the button that's next to the pen tool, and a menu should come up. Click on the Ellipse tool. Then, when you go to use it on your document, hold the Shift button while you drag to make circles. |
