175 in xvid format, good quality too, better to send that type of thing over somthing like aim then host it to a webthing though, that way both of you use your bandwidth once instead of.

I host to server, my bandwidth and server bandwidth taken.
Server host to you, your bandwidth and server bandwidth taken.

That is unless someones planning on hosting it for lots of people, i don't think thats me though.
