| Adventure Time is incredibly popular! When I went to one of my conventions last year there were big groups shouting lines from it. It was pretty annoying..... Not just cause it was Adventure Time. I almost always find that kind of behavior annoying. |
I may like the show, but I don't see anything in it as being remarkably quotable, as wit or comedy are not at all it's strong point. |
What I was referring to was when I was at Anime Boston last year there were multiple occasions while we were walking the halls, riding escalators, etc that some douche shouted above the crowd "What time is it?" and without fail most of the rest of those around would shout "Adventure Time!" It was so annoying....
Anyway it's certainly popular or at least well known from what I can tell. |
