New anime update from me....

My pick for best show of season. Great story, Great character interaction. Only show this season that is truly great.

Ikoku Meiro no Croisee - http://anidb.net/perl-bin/anim.....p;aid=8180
I'd say this is currently my 2nd favorite show. It started off excellent but has dropped off a bit. There's pretty much no conflict and its just a relaxing slice o' life kinda show. Main character Yune is a cutie. Nice artistic backgrounds and and overall decent package.

solid show. Nothing particularly impressive but I enjoy it in small doses. Weekly nonsense.

Kamisama Dolls - http://anidb.net/perl-bin/anim.....p;aid=8275
At times this show is almost laughable and I'm surprised I didn't drop this yet. Some episode have been well made but its overall very lackluster and it feels like I've seen this kind of show 100 times already. Generic plot, cookie-cutter characters, and story is a mess at times. OP and ED songs are very good though.

5 minutes shorts about cute school girls and their daily activities. I'm cool with this. Only 1 ep a week though...

Also 5 minute shorts that look more like flash animations. Humor if you can call it that? is above my head and I think you need to understand a lot about Japanese culture to really appreciate it. Good voice cast, but I'm probly only still watching them cause they are shorts and for sake of completion.

Nichijou
My group Underwater that's subbing this is behind so I'm only up to episode 20 unfortunately so I've been deprived of my awesome Nichijou for over 3 weeks. ugh.

Appleseed XIII OVA
watched 1 ep of this and have 2nd one is good to go. Pretty solid. Appleseed fans should enjoy.

Watched the first ep didn't really get into it and didn't like the characters much. I hadn't intended to drop it but I've just had no interest to continue. I may eventualyl pick it back up but I've said that about alot of things.

Watched 2 and a half episodes of this and the main girl was getting on my nerves so much that I dropped it right there half way through the episode. It was very spontaneous of me. lmao.

~other projects~

I did end up watching 801 TTS Airbats, it was a solid 90s ova.

Also watched Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory. A show i started in my anime club over 5 years ago, and finally bought my own copy almost 2 years ago. I actually quite enjoyed it.

Also watched a series of short eps called Damekko Doubotsu or "Useless Animals" Cute chibi characters that look like humans in animal costumes. Senseless cute fun.

Also working on Carnival Phantasm as the eps coem out. its a Type-Moon crossover/self parody. good fun for Type-Moon fans.

I'll definitely be watching Working! season 2, and Fate/Zero, and theres more Squid Girl. all good news. as for other stuff....

I tried the first episode of Buso Shinki Moon Angel.

Its going to be a series of 5 minute shorts distributed through PlayStation Network. First one came out for free later ones will be charged, which leads me to worry that not many groups may pick it up.

anyway its based off a series of toys by Konami. They are robot girls that can fight in battle with each other. A lot like Angelic Layer. First ep was quite good for a short show that's taking itself seriously so I'm quite interested to see more and how it will develop.

There's also a PSP game for this series coming out soon, along with other games I haven't read up much on yet. It loosk alot like Zone of the Enders or Cyber Troopers: Virtual-On

There's also going to be a TV series for Tamayura, a nice little zen OVA I liked a lot. there may be other things I'll pick up too like always but that's the main stuff for now.
