I've been to a few Whose Line is it animes? For me that event is very hit or miss. Sometimes its hilarious other times it was lame. I guess it depends who's participating and what kinds of subjects they use.
At anime cons I always do AMV contests. They're so awesome!
I also enjoy going to industry panels with my buddy and we also tend to do other panels as well. We've been to a Touhou Project panel a couple times, pretty awesome. Went to a panel about "The vile specter of Moe" which was quite interesting. Discussed the origins of moe and explored it's darkside in otakudom. Also liek to check out panels discussing obscure anime to see if there's some hidden gems I don't know about yet.
cons are a great time. My next one is my first ever Otakon coming up later this summer! |
