I wasn't here when this happened, but my friends informed me later. Apparently while I was out and about during the con, someone stopped by my AA table and asked about the large Kirby pumpkins that I was selling. Upon being informed that the price was $10, he made a face and said: "For that?"
Eh, it was his loss - I sold out of my entire stock of Kirby pumpkins by the middle of Saturday. There were people who were warned about the potentially vanishing stock and decided to just "come back later" anyway to buy a pumpkin...and they were invariably disappointed.
-plushie cake-
I bought a cute little felt plushie cake from this person, who was a friend of a friend of mine who were both in Artist Alley again this year. It indeed cost $10. I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with it - my friend got one and she said it was sitting cutely on her bookshelf. I will probably do the same.
-flaming bunny-
My friend and fellow AA tablemate had "Flaming Bunny" as her alias on her ACen badge, and was talking every now and again about trying to find and/or commission a pair of "flaming" bunny ears. Narf.
