If you read back in the topic some more, you can find the guide for Super Bomberman 2 which Ragey posted; there are 4-komas in there as well. So while we don't know which Bomberman game guide has the earliest 4-komas, we know that they made some as early as Super Bomberman 2.
For emulators of CD-based consoles, like the PlayStation, you might just want to check into a virtual CD drive. Check this topic for more info on running PSX emulators. |
